The Angel of Venice Carnival 2017

The protagonist of the Flight of the Angel of the Carnival of Venice 2017 will be Claudia Marchiori, the winner of the beauty contest Maria of the Carnival of Venice 2016. 

Claudia is a 22 years old student at the Fine Art Academy of Venice, she lives in Favaro Veneto, a suburb of Venice mainland, with her family.

She will fly as an Angel from the bell tower of Saint Mark Square to the Doge's stage on Sunday February 19th 2017 at 12:00 am.
