The Lion's Flight is the closing event of Venice Carnival 2015

A huge flag featuring the winged lion symbol of the Serenissima Republic will descend on Saint Mark's Square to celebrate the end of Carnival.
To welcome it the Venetian Choir will perform Saint Mark's anthem. The celebration will end with the election of the Carnival's Mary, the most beautiful between the 12 girls who opened the Carnival.
