DESCRIPTIONMascheranda Grand Ball is the party of the Venice Carnival that recalls the atmospheres of a dream and fairytale theater. The title of the 2017 edition is "Serenissima Venezia”. The venue is the breathtaking Palazzo Pisani Moretta. As far as the entrance is concerned the participant can choose among three options: “Salone Centrale” (Central Hall), “Salone Laterale” (Side Hall) and “Dopocena” (After-Dinner party).
The Mascheranda Grand Ball 2017 is the costume dinner and dancing party of the Venice Carnival inspired by a world of magic and dreams. It take place at Palazzo Pisani Moretta on Sunday, February 26,
starting at 08:30 PM.The main features of the party are theatrical shows and "interactive" performances, a sumptuous dinner with fine wines, classical live music, ancient and modern dances.
The title of 2017's edition is "Mascheranda Grand Ball – Serenissima Venezia”: for the setting, the music, the decors, the event takes inspiration from the style and the arts of the ancient Venice.
The event
Mascheranda Grand Ball – Serenissima Venezia will start at 08:30 pm with an original welcome cocktail served in the main hall where it will be stage also the first fascinating show of the night; the welcome cocktail will be also an opportunity for socialization among the participants.After the aperitif, guests will be invited to go upstairs and to take place in the beautiful finely decorated rooms: i.e. the Central Hall Guarana and the Side Halls “Tiepolo”, “Longhi”, “Della Storia” and “Delle Stampe”. Among ancient decorations and astonishing frescoes will be served the sumptuous gala dinner with
fine wines; the dinner will be gladdened by a live classical ensemble, performances by actors playing “Commedia dell’Arte” sketches and dancers accompanying Casanova.Mascherenda continues with the dreamy visions of the Défilé of Masks, the seduction of the Election of Casanova 2017, the School of Ancient Dances with the Master of Ceremonies. Guests can also have fun with the different situations scattered in the Palazzo Pisani Moretta corners: La Cornice delle Meraviglie (The Frame of Wonders), Le Boudoir ovvero l’incanto dei Sensi (Le Boudoir or the charm of the Senses), l’Angolo dell’Astrologia (the Angle of Astrology), la Bocca della Verità (the Mouth of Truth), lo Specchio Vivente (the Living Mirror).
The Grand Ball, animated by suggestive artistic performances, will let the participants revive the ancient glories of the Serenissima.
Mascheranda after-dinner party
From 11:30 PM Mascherand will open to the modern dances and the Disco with open bar. For those who choose not to participate at the dinner it will be possible to join the Mascheranda Grand Ball with the "after-dinner party” ticket (from 11:30 PM)The party will end at 02:00 AM.

CANCELLATION POLICIES
In case of cancellation until the 1 December 2016 ticket will be refund except for the agency fee: € 50 for "Side Hall" full-ticket; € 70 for "Central Hall" full-ticket; € 30 for the "After dinner" ticket.
For cancellation after December 1, 2016 ticket will not be refund.
In case of cancellation of the event by the Organization, the value of the entire ticket will be refund to the costumer. KV will not be held responsible for any other actions, demands, losses and/or expenses incurred by the client.
